Spaceship Craft
Spaceship Craft is free to play. Play it for fun, on your own devices. Purchases are optional and go through Google Play. Credits are game currency: they have no cash value and live in the save on your device. The game is in active development, so things will change.
By downloading or playing Spaceship Craft ("the game") you agree to these terms. "We" and "us" mean the game's developer. If you do not agree, please do not use the game. Your use of Google Play is also covered by Google's own terms.
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for non-commercial use. The game, its code, art, music and content stay ours or our licensors'. You may not copy, resell, rent, or redistribute the game, or reverse-engineer it except where the law allows it.
The game offers optional rewarded ads, provided by Google AdMob. Watching one is always your choice; the reward is given only when the ad completes. Ads are subject to Google's terms and the privacy policy.
Please do not tamper with the game, its saves or its purchase system to obtain items or currency you did not earn or pay for, and do not use the game in a way that breaks the law. We may stop supporting a copy of the game that does.
Spaceship Craft is in active development. We may add, change, rebalance or remove features and content, and we may pause or end the game's availability. We will try to keep your save working across updates, and the EXPORT SAVE button lets you keep your own copy.
The game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that saves can never be lost.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the game, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for in-game purchases in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law.

If these terms change, we will update the date at the top and publish the new version at this address. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
